The goal here is to optimize a company's inventory and procurement costs in a volatile environment while ensuring material supply.

We take care of the catering during the workshop, among other things the produced and sold goods may be drunk.

We are Team Starcraft - Since 2006 we develop racing cars for the Formula Student to compete in international competitions against other university teams from all over the world. We unite students from different courses of study, from mechanical engineering and automotive engineering to electrical engineering and media science, in order to apply their knowledge in practice and to gain experience in an interdisciplinary team.

In these short workshops, we will discuss strategies for successfully living and studying with people from other cultures.

We4you is a studentservice of the TU Ilmenau

The task of engineers is to develop technical solutions for specific purposes. For this, usually only limited resources (raw materials, money, time, etc.) are available, in addition, the competition must not be disregarded. In our design competition, several teams (3-4 pers.) compete against each other. With selected materials, which we will provide, a package for a chicken egg is to be built so that it survives a hard fall from a height of about three meters. There will be only one attempt. The team with the most convincing construction will receive a small gift.

We are the Ilmenau university group of the VDI Association of German Engineers and part of a nationwide network with about 50 local teams. With us are students of different engineering disciplines of the TU Ilmenau. Our on-campus activities include organizing excursions to companies in the region, trips to technology fairs (e.g. Hannover Messe), and regular get-togethers and team meetings.

There you will learn how to print on your old t-shirt with selected motifs using our screen printing equipment. Bring your old clothes or other textiles. You can also try out our test clothes or print on one of our bags.

We are an association founded by students and committed to peace, international understanding, as well as international mindedness and tolerance. With these goals in mind, we organize intercultural events on our campus. Our biggest project is the "International Student Week in Ilmenau" (also "ISWI"), which takes place every two years here at TU Ilmenau and is Germany's largest conference of its kind with about 350 participants from over 70 different countries.

The Forschungsgemeinschaft elektronische Medien e.V. (FeM) is the largest student association on campus and is divided into many different departments and projects, in which we always welcome new members. These include, for example, the departments of Technology, Admin, Marketing and Broadcast as well as the Ilmenau Student Television Network (iSTUFF) and the student film project ilmpressions. In addition to film and TV production, we are mainly concerned with providing the dorms with WLAN and maintaining the network.

In small groups, equipped with camera, microphone and lots of questions, you will visit the workshop of another club and report on it. Afterwards, of course, you will have to edit your contribution, so that you get a comprehensive insight into the production and post-production of a TV report.

The iSTUFF (Ilmenauer Studierendenfernsehfunk) is a department (division) of the FeM (Forschungsgemeinschaft elektronische Medien e.V.) and offers its members the opportunity to participate in video and streaming production projects. From small groups to collective cooperation with all departments of FeM, small and large productions and events are co-created and broadcast. In doing so, all members benefit from the creative, technical and organizational tasks and thus gain experience and practical relevance to their studies.

The workshop consists of 2 parts:
1. playing/trying different eSports titles together, tips from the coaches, getting to know fellow players, pre-selection for participation in the Uniliga in a team can be made.
2. simulation game to simulate orga tasks using the example "Planning of the Ilmenau eSport Campus League for WS23/24".

Afterwards: common gaming evening to get to know club members and fellow students in an informal atmosphere

Ilmenau eSport e.V. is a student association that deals with all topics related to gaming and eSports. Its main activities include regular participation in the Germany-wide Uniliga, hosting events such as tournaments, public viewings and member meetings, and organizing several eSports university courses.

We will learn well-known and simple songs together (e.g. Lollipop, Barbara Ann, The Lion Sleeps Tonight, ...) and introduce you to polyphonic choral singing. The singing is rounded off by small choreography elements. Of course, experienced choir singers are also welcome.

DaChor is a group of hobby singers, mostly active and former students of the TU Ilmenau. We sing songs from different genres in SATB formation, where the joy and fun of singing is in the foreground.

"Pina Colada, Caipi and Co.: A well-mixed cocktail, with or without alcohol, should not be missing at any party. The preparation of cocktails is one of the most demanding activities in our student clubs. If you want to learn more about this very demanding and exciting activity, this workshop will give you an overview of the elementary knowledge as well as a lot of practical practice in preparing the most common and classic cocktails.
First, the classic cocktail recipes will be discussed and the various ingredients (spirits, juices, syrup, etc.) with their special features will be learned. Afterwards, the most important tools behind the bar, which are needed for the preparation of cocktails, are discussed. Different preparation methods, e.g. shaking, stirring, etc., are part of the workshop as well as the selection of the right glass and decoration.

We do an introductory rehearsal with members of the chamber choir. There is a possibility to get acquainted with the rehearsal work and members in the chamber choir in a relaxed atmosphere and to get an impression.

We are the association that makes the rehearsal work of the chamber choir possible.

At our workshop you can look behind the scenes of the normal opening operation. We will set up different stations, which will all be occupied, and you can freely choose what you want to participate. The BH-Club is a volunteer-run student club that has been in existence since 1968 and is one of five sections of the ILSC (Ilmenauer Studentenclub e.V.). Our doors are open every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to provide you with the best mainstream music, a balance to everyday life. By the way, the name "BH" stands for "Block H", because we are located in the basement of the residential building H.
